Executive School Leaders

School leaders face the joint challenge of (1) living and leading in a lonely role where not having an answer to every challenge can raise unreasonable suspicion while (2) needing help from credible professionals who have the best interest of the school leader prioritized above all else.

We know what this daily grind is like; we know where the pitfalls are; and we are eager to prioritize you for the benefit of you school community.

Aspiring School Leaders

Teacher leaders, instructional coaches, deans, assistant principals, and many others connected to the management and execution of student learning and school business have a desire to grow in their role while preparing for their next opportunity. The fortunate few have local resources that are well-funded to ensure a flowing pipeline of talent is prepared and ready to fill leadership seats when they open. However, this is the exception, not the rule.

We have the experiences and the expertise to work individually or in groups with public and private school educators who feel a calling to expand their influence more broadly and more impactfully, especially towards the principalship or a head of school role.
