What Value Means
The term value is defined several ways including market value (the price point determined by supply and demand forces) and economic value (the price an individual is willing to pay for a good or service as determined by their individual preferences and trade-off tolerances).
The services we offer you have both market value and economic value. However, when we use the term across our website this is what we mean:
Value = S4E delivering in full on what we agreed we would do for you AND you being pleased to have allocated your resources of time and money for those services.
If you spend $1200 for our services and you regret it, you are not a satisfied customer. You will have spent money and time without receiving the solutions you needed and we will have provided insufficient value to you or your organization.
However, if you spend $7,000 for our services and you are thrilled with the results, you are a satisfied customer. What we provided is valuable, it was worth your investment of time and expenditure of money, and the next time you need a solution, you may consider partnering with S4E again.
As our financials page explains, we do not have menu pricing for our services. We collaborate with each individual, school, or organization to determine a scope of work and we set a reasonable price to meet our commitments in order to generate solutions for you.
